"Broke After Just a Few Rides"
I only used it a handful of times and it already broke before even making it a month. For the price, I expected it to last way longer than that. Poor quality for sure — like, make it make sense.

"Shipping took way too long"
So... I ordered a small part and it just seemed to sit there for days with no real updates. By the time it finally showed up, it was already late, and customer support wasn’t much help when I reached out. Frustrating experience overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"I had a tough time using the..."
I had a tough time using the site. It wasn’t very clear where I was supposed to click or what to do next, and I kept feeling like I was missing something obvious. Maybe it was just me having one of those days, I was also trying to drink coffee that had already gone cold, so that didn’t help, but overall it felt more confusing than it needed to be.

"Warranty support was a letdown"
I had an issue with my tool and figured the warranty process would be straightforward. At first I was trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but wow, that disappeared fast. The replies were slow, nobody gave me a clear answer, and it felt like once the sale was done, they didn’t really care anymore.

"Readings were way off, hoping they make it right"
I tried using this a few times and the inflation felt really weird every time. On top of that, the readings seemed way off compared to what I normally get, so I don’t feel like I can trust it. Disappointing, and I’m hoping the company offers some kind of refund or replacement to make up for it.
